കഥാകൃത്ത് തുടരട്ടെ..നായികയെ വഴിയെ കണ്ടെത്താം.അന്ന് എല്ലാരും ലാത്തിയടി കഴിഞ്ഞു കിടന്നുറങ്ങി. പക്ഷെ ആ കാള്‍ ആരെയൊക്കെയോ സ്വപ്നത്തിലും സംശയത്തിലും ആഴ്ത്തിയിരുന്നു. പിറ്റേന്നു രാവിലെ ഞാന്‍ ചായ കുടിച്ചു പത്രം വായികാനോരുങ്ങിയപ്പോള്‍ പ്രാഞ്ചി ഒരു കോട്ടുവായ് ഒക്കെ ഇട്ടു ദാ വരുന്നു..തലേ രാത്രി പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു പോലും..! എന്തായാലും ആശ്രമത്തിലേക്ക് വന്നതല്ലേ ജീവിതത്തില്‍ അങ്ങിനെ മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ നല്ലതാണ്.ചായ ഒക്കെ കഴിഞ്ഞു രാവിലെ തന്നെ വരവിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശം അന്വര്‍ഥമാക്കുന്ന തരത്തില്‍ സകുടുംബം ആശ്രമത്തിലേക്ക് വിട്ടു. ആഹാരം എങ്ങിനെ വേണമെന്ന് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ അതൊക്കെ ആശ്രമത്തില്‍ അറേഞ്ച് ചെയ്തോളുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു പ്രാഞ്ചി യും കുടുംബവും പോയി..ഇനിയിപ്പോള്‍ നമ്മളെന്തിനാ ആലോചിച്ചു നില്‍ക്കുന്നത്! ഞാന്‍ ജോലിക്കും പോയി. അധിധിയൊക്കെ വന്നതല്ലേ ഞാന്‍ വൈകിട്ട് അല്പം നേരത്തെ എത്തി. ചായ കുടിക്കാന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ ഫോണ്‍ റിംഗ് ചെയ്യാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി. അതെ, ഇതവള്‍ തന്നെ. ഇത്തവണ എന്നെ പേരെടുത്തു വിളിച്ചു, പക്ഷെ ചോദ്യം പഴയ പോലെ തന്നെ ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു. പ്രാഞ്ചി ക്ക് സുഖം തന്നെ അല്ലെയെന്നു??ഇത്തവന്‍ എന്റെ ഭാര്യം ഞെട്ടി..അല്ല ആരാണിത്ര കാര്യമായിട്ടു ആ മാന്യ ദേഹത്തെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നത്.എന്തായാലും പ്രാഞ്ചി വരട്ടെ നമുക്ക് ചോദിക്കാമെന്ന് ഞാന്‍ സമ്മതിച്ചു. വണ്ടി വന്നു നിന്നത് പോലെ..പ്രാഞ്ചി തന്നെ.[തുടരും..]
